Valli and Matt Vanderpool were married February 16, 2013 at the Holiday Inn in Cody, with their reception at the Cody Cattle Company…. After the ceremony, they took a trolley from the Holiday Inn to the Cody Cattle Comapny, with a quick stop at the Buffalo Bill Reservoir for portraits… This wedding was a party from start to finish, with awesome fun people!

I have to add that I LOVE these pictures…who knew that you could create beach images in Wyoming?!

I adore this engagement spotlight from Ardent Photography in Laramie…Janna and Isaac clearly have some serious chemistry — you can practically feel it oozing from these images… I have to say that I *hope* that we get to spotlight these two’s wedding when it comes time for that…*ahem* I’ll let Stephanie of Ardent say more about these two lovebirds…

Janna and Isaac are a sweet couple, deeply in love and have a flare for the dramatic. Their first date was at a historic theater so it only made sense to capture some of that same magic in their engagement session. We chose their locations thoughtfully, making sure to pay special attention for Janna’s love of anything vintage. Their sessions were split between the Historic Atlas Theater and The Train Depot in Cheyenne, WY. What a visual treat their set turned out to be, we cannot wait for their wedding!

Thank you to Lanna Wing Photography in Buffalo for sharing this  wedding with lots of personal touches… Shelly & Randy were married October 31st (yup, Halloween!) in Kaycee — Lanna shares some details of their day with us…

From Lanna:  When Shelly called me to see if I was available on Halloween for a wedding, she was so sweet.  She said, “I know you have kids and probably have plans but we’d really like to you be our photographer.”  I was honored, and made it a point to work out the details on my end so I could be their photographer for their wedding.   She only told me a few things, such as “I got a dress and Randy doesn’t know. It will be a surprise and we want it at sunset.”  When I arrived in Kaycee I met with Randy first and then he went to the spot up on the hill where the wedding was to take place.  I stayed behind with Shelly as she got ready.  The decorations were of a fall theme all of which Shelly made herself and turned out to be just beautiful.  The wedding and reception were small, just like the town of Kaycee, but the love was abundant as seen in their eyes and gestures.  As I began to process the images after the wedding they just had such a “western” and “Wyoming” theme.  I was honored to be their photographer and capture their special day.

Thanks to {k} Photography of Thermopolis for sending in this wedding — Autumn & Alex’s beautiful wedding took place at the Big Horn Polo Club in Sheridan, Wyoming, on August 4, 2012. I love the happy expressions, on the bride & groom as well as the myriad of family and friends that took part in their day! It’s also a GREAT use of sunflowers too…I love these images!
